Cedric and the CF Experience are QUITE the find!  We feel so fortunate and grateful to have stumbled upon them.  We wanted to plan a surprise birthday party for a friend and quickly realized the number of people we wanted to invite far exceeded our capacity to do it ourselves and, we truly wanted something special and memorable.  We contacted several caterers and the CF Experience.  Cedric was by far the most professional and was singularly focused on what we wanted the experience to be.   Huge differentiator.  Cedric listened to us, made many suggestions and we ended up with a remarkably successful party.  In fact, it was the best party we’ve ever been to!  So let me tell you what Cedric and team did.  First Cedric created a fantastic menu complete with served appetizers, dessert and drinks.  He took care of outdoor tables, linens, flowers, plates, silverware and torches.  Everything was absolutely perfect.  Antoinette his experience manager arranged the flowers and made sure our home was transformed into an elegant party venue.  Elizabeth, Cedric’ service manager organized the 4 servers we had at the party and did a fantastic job at making sure everyone was extremely well taken care of.  Jason, Cedric’s sous chef, helped with prep and then remarkably made a movie set to music, of the event itself including everyone singing happy birthday!  This party was as good as it gets!  Thank you Cedric and team.  I asked Cedric to put out a box of his cards.  I think it says it all that at the end of the night half of the box of cards were gone!  Cedric and team are pure perfection.  Cedric and team take immense pride in their work, are consummate professionals and will make your event everything you imagined.  Leave it ALL to them.  This was truly the first party at our house that we actually got to enjoy because Cedric and team took care of EVERYTHING!  And we mean everything!  Next up - our Christmas open house on December 18th with Cedric at the helm!  Thanks for all you do Cedric!  We so appreciate your and your team.

I continue to call on The CF Experience to plan and cater all of my events. In 2017, I used him at least 5 times or more. From corporate to private events, The CF Experience always seems to amaze me with their superb professionalism, attention to detail and the wonderful selections of food items.   Just last month, I had a dinner party for 50 people. My guests continuously rave over the professionalism of the wait staff, the food, and the details that he adds that put his signature on the entire event. I recommend everyone use The CF Experience. You will not be disappointed.

Cedric is great to work with. He gets to know what you like and dislike, and he creatively tailors the menu to suit your taste. He's also respectful of the budget you set. Most importantly, his food is delicious, looks good and is setup and served professionally. Cleanup is also done to perfection. Working with Cedric is always a pleasure from beginning to end. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Frazier provided exceptional service for our private event. He was incredibly easy to work with, accommodating in every way possible, completely understood exactly what we wanted and delivered top rate service. The food was wonderfully prepared and excellent. He has a wonderful attitude, great skills, and is a complete professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to contract for his services again. Thank you so much for all you did!

Mr. Frazier has catered for me and he was professional, punctual and very creative in decorating and transforming my entire venue. I highly recommend Mr.  Frazier and I will surely use him many more times in the future.

Our personal experience, of ‘Catering perfection,’ was an event prepared by Chef Cedric. We hosted a private gathering and when extra guests arrived unannounced, without hesitation Chef Cedric magically whipped up enough meals for everyone to enjoy. The menu included Good for your Soul food, savory fried chicken, garlic green beans, stewed cabbage, Oh, my God!’ Can’t stop eating Mac & Cheese and ‘Who stole Grandma’s cornbread recipe?’ We highly recommend Chef Cedric’s Catering!

The food is absolute perfection from presentation to taste! Cedric was extremely accommodating, pleasant and professional. I enjoyed having a truly customized menu.  Highly recommended!
